Hindsight   They say that hindsight is a marvellous thing, and so very true. Had I been paying attention more closely then I would not be in the position I am now. Is that a good thing or bad thing I hear you ask, well dear reader I will leave that up to you.   It all started two years ago, when I was unfortunate to lose my job. I went through all the right channels, applied for many positions, but given the state of the market, and the amount of people looking I was not successful. After one year on state benefit, you are obliged to take up either a state training course, or state funded employment. I was sent to ‘Label Lamadame’, where I had been provided with some short term work suitable to my skills. I arrived there as requested on the Monday, and was quickly ushered in.   My daughter Jill was not what you would call the life and soul of the party, in fact truth be told she never really had many friends growing up, and I had visions of her being one of those mad cat ladies in her forties surrounded by a dozen or so cats, looking disheveled and talking nonsense. Of course as a teenager her mother was the last person she would take advice from, but I knew, that if things didn't change soon I maybe forced to intervene.  So when she started talking about her new friends Alice and Susie, I felt a ray of hope, perhaps things weren't as bleak.
